The Apartment is on the middle (1st) floor of our holiday let building. It is a 1 bedroom apartment, with open-plan lounge / kitchen / dining space, a good size bedroom, with double bed, smart TV & WiFi. High quality brand new shower bathroom. There is free on-street parking and we are only 200 Metres to the Beach!
House Rules
Our properties are not suitable for and we do not allow Parties or Large Groups. All damages should be reported and you may liable for any repairs or replacement costs. We use My Welcome Desk to automate check-in and require all Guests to complete Photo ID verification prior to issuing Check-In information.
Other Details to Note
The apartment was fully refurbished for 2022. Your safety matters. The property features 4 security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the exterior of the main apartment building facing the pathway and the main entrance door. Camera 2 is located in the entrance communal hallway and is focussed on the cleaning cupboard and fire alarm panel. Camera 3 is on the exterior right-side rear of the apartment building, and faces the right-rear path. Camera 4 is facing the rear of the left side of the apartment building and garden access for Flat 2. All cameras will be on, are motion activated, and record video 24/7/365.
